2. How do I place an order?

   First step is to go to comand select which series do you want to choose.

   All you need to do now is browse. You can search for something specific by using the search bar or if you’re looking for a particular type of item you can browse by category located along the top of the page.

   Once you have found the item you want, select your size and click on the ADD TO CART button.

   You can either click on the ‘Continue shopping’ button or review the items in your cart by clicking on ‘View cart & checkout’. 

   If you’re happy with the items in your shopping bag, click ‘PROCEED TO CHECKOUT’ to complete your order. If you have a discount code you’d like to use, key it in the box provided.

3. How much delivery rate?

   *PENINSULAR MALAYSIA*
   Standard (<1.0 kg): RM10.00
   Medium Weight Shipping (1.1 kg – 6.0 kg): RM15.00
   Heavy Weight Shipping (6.1kg – 10.0 kg): RM25.00

   *SABAH SARAWAK*
   Standard (<1.0 kg): RM18.00
   Medium Weight Shipping (1.1 kg – 2.0 kg): RM30.00
   Heavy Weight Shipping (2.1kg – 4.0 kg): RM75.00

   *FREE SHIPPING ON ORDER OVER RM200*

4. How long does it take for my parcel to reach me?

   We post all orders made from Monday to Friday.
   Our courier service is a next day delivery service and makes deliveries Monday – Friday, excluding every Saturday and local public holidays (Malaysia). Orders made on Friday, after 3pm will only be shipped on Monday.
   If customers do not receive their order within 3-10 working days, please contact comto track your order.

5. Are my details safe from third parties?

   Do not worry! We have a strict policy of not sharing your details to any third parties without your consent.

6. What payment methods do we accept?

   You can either pay by:

• Visa & Mastercard
  If you check out in a currency other than your credit card’s currency, you may be subject to a currency-conversion fee from your card issuer. We recommend consulting your credit card provider for information on any applicable fees.

  If you pay through PayPal, PayPal will provide automatic currency conversion based on the current rate for MYR. Kindly note PayPal’s currency conversion fee is added to the exchange rate, set by an external financial institution. Contact PayPal directly for more details regarding how they determine their currency conversion rates and fees.
