Standard ( <1.0 kg) : RM10.00
Medium Weight Shipping (1.1 kg – 6.0 kg) : RM15.00
Heavy Weight Shipping (6.1kg – 10.0 kg) : RM25.00

*SABAH SARAWAK*
Standard ( <1.0 kg) : RM18.00
Medium Weight Shipping (1.1 kg – 2.0 kg) : RM30.00
Heavy Weight Shipping (2.1kg – 4.0 kg) : RM75.00

How long will it take for my parcel to be shipped out after payment is made?

ARISSA ARIANA will dispatch orders consisting of ONLY READY STOCKS within 3 working days. After which, the actual delivery date will be depending on courier service’s schedule. 
For orders that consist of BACKORDER items, there will be a 3-4 working weeks waiting period. ARISSA ARIANA will only deliver your parcel once all items in your order are ready. We will not be sending your ready stock items separately. If you wish to receive your ready stock items first, you may pay for extra shipping.

 

Delivery lead time?

Confirmed orders will be shipped out from our store within 1-3 business day(s) if they are placed before 10am, Monday – Friday, excluding public holidays.
Orders placed on Friday after 10am and over the weekend will be processed on the following Monday and will be delivered on Tuesday, excluding public holidays.

What courier service does ARISSA ARIANA use to deliver my parcels?

We use J&T Express for all local deliveries.
For international parcel, we use Ninjavan. 

 

What if my parcel goes missing?

Once parcel is shipped from our side, the liability of the parcel lies with the courier service. However, we will try our best to liaise with the courier service on behalf of the customer.
